Cellar Notes
The juice extracted from a gentle pressing of the grapes undergoes a short period of maceration. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks using its natural yeasts, maintained at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Once fermentation is complete, the maturation continues for several months in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
Clear straw color with subtle green tints. A harmonious blend of floral and herbal aromas, including rosemary, thyme, and sage. On the palate, it delivers a pronounced vegetal character with full-bodied texture, seamlessly balanced with a lingering finish. Recommended pairings include seafood, delicately flavored fish and dishes adorned with light sauces, as well as soups and mildly flavoured pastas.
