Cellar Notes
the juice obtained from a gentle pressing of the grapes undergoes a short period of maceration. Fermentation then occurs in stainless steel tanks with its natural yeasts, maintained at a controlled temperature of 15°C. After fermentation, the wine is left in contact with its fine lees for four months, with battonnage. The wine continues to age for three months in the bottle before it is released.
Tasting Notes
Vivid pale color with hints of green. The aroma is intense and persistent, featuring floral and herbal scents. Clear predominance of vegetal notes and a long-lasting finish. Recommended pairings include seafood dishes and delicate meats served with light sauces.
