The winemaking process begins with a meticulous maceration with selected yeasts for approximately 8 to 10 days under carefully controlled temperatures. Following this, fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats. Once fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes further refinement in the stainless steel vats. After the aging period, the wine is bottled and ready for release.
Tasting Notes
Clear ruby red color with brilliant violet reflections, this wine presents an enticing bouquet of red fruits complemented by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a soft and elegant tannic profile, delivering both structure and a delightful finish. Recommended pairings include salami antipasti, pasta dishes with robust sauces, red meats, and mature cheeses.
