The juice obtained from a gentle pressing of the grapes undergoes a short period of maceration. Fermentation then occurs in stainless steel tanks with its natural yeasts, maintained at a controlled temperature of 15°C.

Bright salmon color and an aromatic profile rich with nuances of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, with delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of salinity. Both elegant and intense, this wine achieves a harmonious balance between nose and palate. Its vibrant acidity is well-integrated, enhancing the wine’s structure.
